1. Cancellation Period:

• You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it if it is not processed. After this period, cancellations may not be possible due to our swift order processing system. 

2. How to Cancel:

• To cancel an order or to know if the order is processed, please contact our customer support team immediately at support@treasurehut.in or +91 99702 36394. Kindly provide your order number and any relevant details to expedite the cancellation process. 

3. Refunds:

• If you cancel your order within the specified cancellation period, you will receive a full refund to the original payment method used for the purchase.
• Refunds will be processed within 5-6 days of the cancellation request.
• Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to reflect in your account depending on your bank or payment provider. 

4. Cancellation of Custom or Personalized Orders:

• Custom or personalized orders may not be eligible for cancellation once the production process has commenced. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel a custom or personalized order. 

5. Non-Refundable Items:

• Some items may be non-refundable due to their nature or customization. These may include perishable goods, personalized items, or digital downloads. Please check the product description or contact us for clarification before placing your order. 

6. Late Cancellations:

• Requests for cancellation made after the specified cancellation period may be subject to approval on a case-by-case basis. Late cancellation requests may incur restocking fees or partial refunds. 

7. Out-of-Stock Items:

• In the rare event that an item becomes out of stock after you’ve placed your order, we will contact you to discuss alternative options, including cancellation and refund. 

8. Changes to Orders:

• Once an order has been placed, changes to the items or shipping details may not be possible. Please review your order carefully before submitting it.
